r3479 added include/exiv2/exv_msvc.h to trunk but there still is legacy header msvc/include/exv_msvc.h.

Fix submitted r3540. Thank You Thomas for reporting this issue.

I suspect there are still more "legacy" dead files sitting in the code tree. Thanks for bringing them to my attention.
