Description

Find attached a patch to add Casio makernotes to exiv2.

Code contains the reading/writing of Casio makernotes type 1 and 2.
Some tags have been added to the easy access functions and the preview handler.

To do:
  • add new files to build system (I worked with a automatically converted MSVC project file, not contained in the patch).
  • update doc
