exiv2 0.19

The following crash happens when opening the file with exiv2:

exiv2 print bla.jpg

exiv2: makernote.cpp:103: static Exiv2::Internal::TiffComponent* Exiv2::Internal::TiffMnCreator::create(uint16_t, uint16_t, const std::string&, const Exiv2::byte*, uint32_t, Exiv2::ByteOrder): Assertion `tmr->newMnFct_' failed.
