exv_conf.h referenced in config.h
exiv2lib_export.h referenced in types.hpp, futils.hpp, ini.hpp

That's a generated file, Norbert. CMake will generate it for you.

If this persists, can you report this on https://github.com/exiv2/exiv2 as we'd like to move all our issue tracking to GitHub. I couldn't find a way yesterday to make RedMine "Read-Only".
