Description

Numerous issues have been discovered when building Exiv2 (and libssh) with CMake on MinGW. They are documented in TODO-CMAKE. These should be reported to Kitware. I hope CMake/MinGW will work "out of the box" by the time Exiv2 v0.27 is ready to ship.

I'm not going to do anything about this. There is a new version on MinGW MSYS2 which is posix compliant and includes Cygwin code. Spending more time with msys/1.0 has no purpose as it's more or less obsolete. I announced with Exiv2 v0.26 that MinGW support would be withdrawn. It's quite likely that we'll support MSYS2 at some time in the future. However for the moment, msys/1.0 is no longer supported and I won't discuss the CMake issues with Kitware.
