New lens for Canon: Tokina 11-20mm f/2.8

Hi

The Tokina 11-20mm is unknown in the exiv2 database.

I added the following line in canonmn.cpp (line 772)

{ 160, "Tokina AT-X 11 PRO DX Aspherical 11-20mm f/2.8"                }, // 5

The lens is correctly detected with this patch.

I attach an example file.

Thank you, Philippe. I've registered this as #1166 Thanks for the patch, I'll review/test and submit it tomorrow. I will extract the metadata from your image and add it to our test suite. As well as confirming that your patch works, it serves as a regression detector should your patch break in the future.
