I wanted to recover the name of the lens with
exiv2 version 0.19. Instead of the full name

"EF100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM"

I only got "(254)":

$ exiv2 -pa img_0337.cr2 | grep Lens
    Exif.CanonCs.LensType                        Short       1  (254)
    Exif.CanonCs.Lens                            Short       3  100.0 mm

Please find the extracted meta-data in "img_0337.exv".
