Description
The new parser reads IPTC information only from Exif.Image.ImageResources.
It should also consider Exif.Image.IPTCNAA if available.
Priorities:
1st choice is Exif.Image.IPTCNAA.
2nd choice (if 1 is not available or parsing from it failed): Exif.Image.ImageResources
