Exiv2 utility should allow to print the tags in "readable format"

Description
Add additional options to -pv and -pt to choose how tags are displayed. Possible choices could include:
k - for the key, as used with -pt now
l - for a readable label
n - for the tag number (and group name), as used with -pv now
It may make sense to allow combinations.
