Add an option to the exiv2 utility to copy the ISO setting from the Nikon Makernote to the regular Exif tag

Description
Nikon cameras (some, all?) store the ISO setting in a proprietary Makernote tag instead of the regular Exif tag. Some Exif readers therefore cannot see this info. A simple option to "fix" this by copying the information to the regular Exif ISO tag would help.
