Ifd::read, MakerNote::read and related methods should have access to the complete data buffer

Description
The parameters to these methods should be standardized and allow the method to access the whole data buffer. This is necessary, e.g., for the Olympus makernote which has offsets pointing to data outside of the makernote tag.
