Description

Using exiv2 0.25 001900 (64 bit build) (exiv2 0.25-3.1) in Ubuntu Bionic Development, this lens isn't recognized.

Looks like it has just been an issue on darktable-imports before 2016, where the used exiv2-version then didn't include this lens.
RAW-files created/imported after 2016 are correct.
Sorry for not having re-checked before opening this ticket.
