Description
This issue is being used to track the effort involved in supporting users on the forum and dealing with issues as they arise.
This is quite a time intensive activity. I believe it's of the order of 8 hours/week. So 40hours/month. As the project is September 2015 through June 2016, I'll assign 400 hours and update % Done by 10% every month.
