CMake error on Win8/VS2012 with XMP (patch included)

When I try to run CMake, I get the following error

CMake Error at xmpsdk/CMakeLists.txt:21 (GET_TARGET_PROPERTY):

I resolved the problem with the patch applied. Since the EXPAT-libraries are already linked later on, there is no need to add them to that xmp library.

With this patch, and the reverted patch of Issue 844, I was able to compile the exiv2lib/exiv2 subprojects. Anyways the tests did not build, but that's another issue. Just verify that my patch doesn't break them on other platforms ;)

Fix. Issue: #852. libxmp should not be linked with expat. Thanks Daniel for providing the patch.

I believe this is complete. I've changed the status to resolved. This issue won't be closed until the 0.24 release (expect late November 2012)
