Description

exiv2 reports the wrong focal length when reading SRW-RAWs created with a Samsung EX1 (TL500 in the US),
Photo.FocalLength seems to be 0, Samsung2.FocalLengthIn35mmFormat is off by a factor of 10:

$ exiv2 -pa SAM_1794.SRW | grep Focal
Exif.Photo.FocalLength                       Rational    1  (0/0)
Exif.Samsung2.FocalLengthIn35mmFormat        Long        1  5.7 mm
Exif.Photo.FocalLengthIn35mmFilm             Short       1  57.0 mm

exiftool has the same problem

$ exiftool -args SAM_1794.SRW | grep Focal
-FocalLength=0.0 mm
-FocalLengthIn35mmFormat=57 mm
-FocalLength35efl=0.0 mm

jpg is o.k.:

$ exiv2 -pa SAM_1794.JPG | grep Focal
Exif.Photo.FocalLength                       Rational    1  12.3 mm
Exif.Photo.FocalLengthIn35mmFilm             Short       1  57.0 mm

I have attached both an example RAW and matching JPG file.

Nothing can be done about this by exiv2. You'll have to discuss this with Samsung.
