Description
Wondering if /usr/bin/amd64-mingw32msvc-gcc on my Intel 32bit Debian box can be used to cross-compile this.

I don't think we should get involved with this. Exiv2 is open source, not a product. The release scripts publish a windows 32 bit executable that is sufficient for now. A future build project is to enable any user to request Jenkins to build trunk (and selected branches) to any SVN Revision and make build logs, artefacts and logs available.
